Including squizlib Files
------------------------

When including other generic files always use include_once(). It is
likely that other files may include it too.

Also it is nice if your included files leave some impression that
they'd been included, e.g.:

$SQUIZLIB_INCLUDE["colour/colour.inc"] = true;
